BULLTA Korean BBQ & Sushi

I got the Bullta option. This place have good food. The selection were great. The meat are fresh and the best cut. The sushi I couldn't get enough. Only bad thing is the limit they have on some sushi options. I could eat it all day if they don't limit.

Love the banchan buffet! Most unique with their DIY Ramen station. Its a must! Banchan quality could had been better. Some banchan were lacking in flavors and authenticity. Protein quality did not meet my expectations. Brisket and steak were dark in colors, not very fresh. Pork belly smelled weird and had a very bad strong pork smell and taste to it. I did not enjoy. Service, our server did not check on us often. We find ourselves having to look for servers to help us. But the servers were kind and respectful.

Got the Bullta Family set. Didnt end up eatting everything but the meat was really good. Next time, I'll just do the regular family set that is $32.

I had a party of three people and we ordered the family course all you can eat option. Upon first glance everything seems normal like a Korean BBQ all you can eat. We were seated at the bar having a good time until "Happy Birthday" blarred from the huge speaker in the bar into the main dining room. We're talking about hearing damage levels. I'm happy for all the celebrations but can they possibly move the speaker into the center of the room where it's not blasting from the bar to the unlucky 4 tables seated there. The food was wildly inconsistent too! I feel like they got nearly expired or expired food and gave it to us. The shrimp was very hard to peel and the marinated galbi short ribs came in two different forms and in three different colors. It was legit bi-colored beef! This actually tasted decent so we ordered it again and out came a square beef steak. Looked amazing, however was inedible due to toughness and rubber texture. The shrimps had a similar texture and you could tell they weren't fresh from all the gas we took home from here. The beef bulgogi was the decent dish here. This was our first time trying this place (my husband and I).The Korean lady who greeted us and seated us was super friendly and fun, which gave us a great first impression 👍 I liked the fact that I could grab everything myself, including the side dishes and rice. It was nice not having to wait for everything to be brought out. The server was nice and fairly attentive, though service wasn’t very fast. One of our sushi bar orders was missed, and we ended up waiting almost 50 minutes for it. By the time the sushi finally arrived, I was already full. 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️We came a bit off hours to avoid the crowd..It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. During that time, it seemed like there might not have been a busser, as a few tables weren’t cleared right away after customers left.. 🤔 Overall, the food was generally good. That said, it didn’t feel 100% Korean to me, to be honest. Since they also serve hot pot and sushi, that’s understandable. They also didn’t have jjigae as a side, which I personally missed.. However, the meats were fresh and good quality, so we’d definitely like to come back to try more. We had the Bulta course, but honestly, we couldn’t try everything 😂 Also need to try the self
